DDJREV7 distortion out of master 2 output

New DDJREV7 deck.  Major distortion out of master 2 output to powered speakers.  Sometimes it will sound great for about 5 seconds then right back to complete distortion.  I've uninstalled and re-installed all proper drivers, etc. and still no progress.  I'm running Serato DJ Pro.  If I plug into the DDJREV7 headphones jack to a pair of powered speakers, it works perfectly, but again, master 2 RCA out are complete distortion.  Issue persists across multiple tracks and buffer sizes.  Seems fault is localized to Master 2 RCA outs
