XDJ-AZ Pad Selectors Not Working

I was mixing the other night and suddenly my Beat Pad Selector buttons stopped working on the left side of my unit. The "Pad Mode" is stuck on Hot Cue, which is illuminated. Each of the pads are still fully functional, but I cannot select the Beat Loop, Slip Loop, or Beat Jump functions. 

Everything else is fully functional on the unit. Anyone else encountered this / have a solve?

I have already updated my devices firmware (1.24) and restored factory defaults in the settings menu.
