DDJ-SZ2 power but not working

I've turned on the power, everything lights up as normal but the only Sound Color FX buttons are lit up also the release fx is lit and it's not connecting to laptop. not allowing me to update firmware, any suggestions please?

It's most likely due to the Apple update to macOS Shoes 26.1. The community is requesting an update to the audio driver on SRT1000, SX, SX2, SX3, SZ, and SZ2 devices. Without the driver, it's impossible to work, and even worse, it won't work with the Mac. We urgently request an update to both the driver and the firmware.
