XDJ-RX3 - Track Filter "Master Deck" doesn't follow

Hi,

I just noticed something that seems such a simple thing, yet it doesn't work as you would think it would. I was happy to understand I don't need to press the "Track filter" button and update key every time when I activate "Master Deck" in track filter.

So I mix and the next track is another but compatible key. What happens, is that the track filter is "active" because you suddenly see that the tracks that were compatible keys before are not anymore in the current filtered list. So this DOES show the track filter is reading the new key and updated the list to visually remove/change the green icon of non-compatible tracks.

But that is not the behavior you would like, you rather like to see the updated list. Now it seems I always have to press the Track Filter button twice to update it, so basically off/on after every mix. This feels like an extra unwanted, unneeded tiresome action you have to do over and over... very annoying.

Is there no way this can be done automatically? Because why would you have an option to "read" the master and change the icon that the tracks are not matching, but cant update the list to match the new master? If this IS intended as it should, then please allow for an option in the settings that allows to "FOLLOW MASTER DECK" for track filter.

Rekordbox itself does it with smart filters where I set the same parameters, Key + BPM. After each mix, the list is updated within a second or so with the master track playing. I'm so used to play like that on my older controller, but I bought an upgrade All-In-One to remove the hassle of always the need to connect a laptop. This would be my one and current "big" disappointed  I noticed for now.

I know the device is "older" but still very popular, but no feature updates is also a sad part of how Pioneer operates I noticed in my research before buying, so I have little hope, but who knows... to stay relevant with competition hardware and features.

Probably you are referring to the Traffic Light function that highlights the tracks with similar key.

Is it not working as expected as you need to open the Track filter?

Normally, when a Master deck is played, the tracks with similar key will be highlighted in green in playlists,
and it will depend on the track played on Master deck.

If you play a track with 8A key, the tracks with key of 7A, 8A, 8B, 9A, will be highlighted in green.
