DDJ-FLX4 Right Jog freezes track when adjusting grid

I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Pioneer DDJ-FLX4, specifically with the right jog wheel.

When I press the right jog to adjust the beat grid in Rekordbox, the track suddenly freezes and I’m unable to press PLAY again. The play button becomes unresponsive, and the track won’t start.

The only way to “unlock” it is by holding SHIFT and spinning the jog wheel hard, after which PLAY starts working again.

This issue only happens on the right jog, the left one works perfectly fine.
The controller is almost new and barely used.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
Could this be a hardware jog sensor issue, a Rekordbox setting, or firmware-related?
