CDJ-3000X LCD Screen Brightness Not Adjusting
Brand New CDJ-3000X Screen (LCD) brightness won't adjust using Utility menu. Just stuck on max brightness no matter what I select.
I've tried re-flashing firmware per the little guide sent to me, sent a video of the issue, and not hearing back. Already 7 days into the 30 day window and feel like I'm getting stalled.
Any help would be appreciated, as when I search the forum and similar threads say "solved" it never says how?
