Error Message when trying to complete the firmware update on Rev 5

I have tried using two different computers to install the update. My board won’t power up. Comes on and then goes blank. Only a few buttons illuminated. I know this is probably a common issue but the board is only 6months old. I checked my current firmware and it says 1.01 and should be using 1.02 I believe. Will this solve the powering up issue?
