DDJ FLX 4 Communication

Hi All,

I'm having trouble with the communication between my controller and the computer. The board lights up when it's connected but I use Serato Lite and none of the knobs or buttons are relaying to actually control anything from my computer. I'll manually select a song with my mouse and then use the knob to browse tracks - nothing happens. I'll select a song and press cue - nothing happens. I'm not sure what the issue is. I just downloaded the latest firmware and regarding software, a page said it's automatic with Mac once I download the DDJ Flex application. Any ideas? Thanks.
