Im disgusted
i bought my controller with a licence, the hardware unlock included, now you changed to rules and my synth and launchpad cant be used unless i pay, I dont make money, its just for my own enjoyment, please explain pioneer why i should pay to use my own hardware. ive just installed a pioneer head unit and speakers in my car, ive been a life long pioneer fan, but now, i wont ever buy from you again.

Hi Michael, what controller are you using? I have a DDJ-FLX4 and even though this page (https://www.pioneerdj.com/en-us/product/controller/ddj-flx4/black/specifications/) says "Functions equivalent to the rekordbox Core plan* are available for free via Hardware Unlock", the features Cloud Analysis and Intelligent Cue Creation are not unlocked, even though they are part of the Core plan (https://rekordbox.com/en/plan/). Very frustrating. What features are you missing?
