DDJ-200 Jog Wheels

I'm having trouble getting the jog wheels to function properly. I've tried going into to custom mapping but cannot seem to find the correct settings. I'd like the jog wheel to stop the song when I touch it to scratch, but then continue the song when I release the jog wheel. I've tried all the settings but all I can get it to do is scratch when the song is not playing, I cannot scratch the track if it is playing.
