Pioneer DDJ- ERGO K - not working with TRAKTOR PLAY

Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone can help me. I have been trying for days to manage my controller via TRAKTOR PLAY with no luck. I have updated firmwares and softwares. Extracted files fully and opened the TSI.file and drivers through the application with still no luck. I'm also using Windows 10 with this older second hand controller. Through TRAKTOR PRO 4 apparently there should be an import button on preferences to set this up and I'm not sure if this is the issue? 

Can someone help and let me know if my second hand controller is the issue or if it is the fact i'm trying to use TRAKTOR PLAY instead of TRAKTOR PRO?
