Free+iclud and DDj-Wego

Hi everyone, first of all, I apologize for my ignorance; I'm just starting out. I have the basic DDJ-WEGo mixer and I've been trying the free month, which was great. Now I've upgraded to the free + iCloud license, and my DDJ-WEGo has stopped working with Rekordbox. I've reinstalled, restarted... and nothing works. It won't send any tracks. I can hear audio through the speakers connected to the DDJ-WEGo, but if I connect it from my computer, the mixer won't load tracks, and the decks and buttons haven't worked since I changed plans.
