PIONEER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A $500 ORDER
Darryl, ATA Service Admin, wrote on 1.20.26,"SALES ORDER # for your reference 13527, you will be notified for the tracking info once it shipped."
Headphones sent for repair in October 2025, Pioneer will not respond, does not call, makes false promises and me a dj, have no headphones for four (4) months. WTF please justify yourself and stop HIDING.
This may be one of the worse experiences of my life.
