ddj flx6 no sound out of headphone

No sound from my headphone jacks at the front. the volume knob on in virtual dj stays at zero even if i turn my volume knob on the cotroller all the way to zero and back it still stays at zero. is's like a ghost fader. i pressed the cue button also still nothing, Anybody got same problem
