"Music files have not been downloaded" error

I used to store files in a dropbox folder that was in the cloud also available locally on my computer. I then moved to just local storage.

 

However now for some reason, all tracks that used to be in my dropbox are unavailable to play. The files are all in my computer in the same folder they have always been, but Rekordbox thinks they're in Dropbox and says so in the file location path. When I try to play the track it says "Music files have not been downloaded." However, it gives me NO OPTION TO RELOCATE THEM. OR TO DOWNLOAD THEM!?

I've tried deleting them in Dropbox in order to force the ability to relocate them in Rekordbox, but the same "Music Files have not been downloaded" error occurs. What on earth can I do?? Surely I don't have to delete and reimport and retag and add hot cues to all of these tracks??? Surely there's some way to RELOCATE or DOWNLOAD them??? Please help!!
