Suggestion: OS Agnostic Library Manager Application

I feel like what this ecosystem really needs is a core library manager application written around the Electron platform so that it can be run on any device that runs Electron apps. 

Basically this app would serve as a portable program that functioned like Rekordbox in Export Mode - So not a full featured replacement of Rekordbox itself, just the basic Library manager functions that lets you create/edit playlists, Set cue points and export to USB drives or (if possible) Over Pro DJ Link. 

I Propose this as an Electron app as this would enable it to work on a wider range of devices such as Windows and Mac Laptops in tandem to other devices like Chromebooks and other Linux devices too - without the need to really 'support' any of them directly as Electron handles all the OS Specific API abstraction.

It's also a great way to up-cycle/recycle older notebooks that may not be good for performance tasks but could still function as basic library managers or Pro DJ Link Library devices.
