DDJ FLX6 Turns on but doesn't work fully

Hi guys! My FLX6 turns on but none of the buttons or jog wheel is working, and I cannot load tracks. Using Rekordbox fully updated, and firmware os fully updated. Only lights on Merge FX, hot cue, and fx button come on. Beat in/out buttons are dim.

Reinstalled Rekordbox, that didn't work either.
