DDJ-FLX4 detected by laptop and rekordbox but only Bluetooth light blinking

After using my DDJ-FLX4 with my windows with the original cable and rekordbox for 3 years without having a single issue(rekordbox 6) two days ago just before an event, the laptop and rekordbox detected the controller but only the cue button worked and the controller just kept blinking the Bluetooth light. Yesterday I installed rekordbox 7 and it worked but when I tried again today, it didn't work and I closed the software and reopened 4 times and restarted my PC and only after tried to have an external power source also connected to the controller 2 times did it work. I have 4 events next week from 7am to 7pm and have contacted support. I saw on tiktok that hundreds of people have the same issue. Should I rent another controller or can anybody help me pls
