Feedback on the XDJ-AZ and Pro DJ Link

At current, when Pro DJ Link is enabled, you lose access to Decks C and D.

I understand the intent is for these 2 decks to be broken out in to separate standalone units connected to the mixer at the back, However In my case this is not the desired configuration, Instead I wanted to use LINK to access files from Rekordbox over the network, or use other options such as Sync with other machines/software running Abelton Link and also use software to read track information off the device and present it as an overlay for Streaming or recording/displaying. (e.g. Prolink Tools)

I think it would be better if the device gave me the option in the menu to not release decks C and D and only allow 'E and F' (slots 5 and 6 in the network) to be freed. I understand that this limits how many standalone decks can be present in the LINK network, but in use cases that do not call for external decks for decks C and D and instead want it for network access/LINK to Rekordbox Libraries and Metadata, this is an acceptable trade off.

An additional toggle under the one already present to turn Link on and off would suffice. Something like: -

Enable 4 Deck LINK operation [( ) ]
- When enabled it warns
"2 Deck mode enables an additional 4 devices to be connected to this LINK network and channels 3 and 4 become available to external devices. Enabling 4 deck mode with LINK active will reduce the total number of external LINK devices to 2 and channels 3 and 4 will not be available for external devices"
[ Continue ] [ Cancel ]

(I am also the author of the post on Reddit asking for this feature)
