Looking for Help with Stuck Jog Wheel
I recently purchased an Alpha Theta XDJ AZ all in one controller. Upon unboxing it, I discovered that the right side (decks 2 and 4) jog wheel is stuck giving me no control over beatmatching, song adjustments, etc. Wondering if anybody has experienced a similar issue before and thus might have any remedies short of just simply getting a replacement from the company?

Is the jog wheel 2 completely unresponsive? Does it appear physically damaged in any way?
Are you using it with rekordbox or standalone?
The jog wheel is completely unresponsive. It does not appear to have any visible physical damage. It just simply does no free spin. I am using it both as a standalone and with serato.
Can you please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
