ddj-800 not configuring properly

hey everyone. I really don't know what to do at this point. I have downloaded - reinstalled - defaulted everything on my computer/ app/ controller. i even got a new macbook thinking maybe it was a windows problem. its like my controller is just not working correctly. I have been working with customer support, but it has been no help and is taking way to long at this point. the hot cues, pad fx, and other things like beat sync and key sync aren't working. then pads will flash on and off.
