White noise coming out of my FLX4

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue. As soon as my controller (FLX4) is connected to Rekordbox, white noise comes out of both the headphones and the RCA output.

The white noise appears in the headphones when I press the button to route the master to the headphones, and it gets louder as I increase the headphone volume. Through the speakers, the white noise increases when I raise the master volume.

I would like to point out that the white noise is present even before I load a track onto a deck. Therefore, changing the gain, the fader, or the equalizer has no effect on the white noise.

I've owned the controller for several years, and this has never happened to me before. It happened suddenly after a DJ set.
