RMX-Ignite unable to connect to DJ Pro Link + XDJ AZ
I cant get xdj az + rmx ignite to work with pro link mode. ive updated firmware. xdj az is in pro link mode. i turn everything off, plug xdj az on first, then rmx ignite, i press sync on rmx ignite and it says 'failed'. i've tried cat5 and cat6 cables as well. thoughts?

In the ticket, please send a video showing this issue clearly, so we can understand better and advise accordingly
If the video is too big to be attached to the email, please send it with a transfer link (Drive, Dropbox) pasting the link as a reply. Just be sure to put the link in "public" mode so we can access the files.
please let me know if this was resolved. I am having the same issue - rmx ignite is not connecting to 2x cdj2000nxs2 via pro dj link (get "sync failed")
