Set first beat shortcut (revival)

I'm reviving this post because there is still an essential use case for this keyboard shortcut.

SET FIRST BEAT SHORTCUT - I’d like the option for a shortcut key to set the first beat of a bar to the current position without having to switch the panel to grid view.

This is still essential because many tracks don't have a clear 1.1 at the start, you have to go deep into the song and/or to the first drop to find a X.1. And it is now more essential than ever because with streaming services (only tested w Spotify) I notice that a very high percentage of tracks have the wrong first beat. It will save SO MUCH TIME just having a keyboard shortcut for this and racing through to correct all the tracks that have correct BPM, but have a misaligned X.1 beat.
