No controller input to Rekordbox

I own a DDJ-FLX4 and an FLX6 and have previously used both on my laptop and desktop. Yesterday, both controllers would do its start up animation when connected, but rekordbox receives no input when used on both computers. I've deleted and reinstalled drivers and even upgraded my plan in the event it was an account issue but nothing works. I dont think both controllers would malfunction simultaneously, what could be the issue?
