Deck IN USE with Serato
Is or has anyone else encountering/encountered issues with XDJ-AZ (AlphaTheta) using Serato, 1 deck randomly will appear as in use? Restarting the controller resolves the issue.
I am unsure whether this is a laptop/software or controller problem. This has happened to two of my DJ's at the club. With exactly the same issue. It can happen at any time during night, randomly one deck will just stop and says, "in use" during a performance. We have ruled out the USB cable as its till communicating with Serato as the other deck is still playing and loading fine, But to be sure we have replaced the cable. Please note this is not happening to just 1 DJ but two different DJ's and two different laptops running Apple and Serato. It has done it again randomly but not every weekend. DJ's ending up using only one deck has anyone any solutions or ideas?

Have you tried version 1.30?
Same issue here also with Serato, happened to 3 of my friends they also use Serato, didn't heard of someone with this issue using Rekordbox so i guess its a Serato issue.
happened to me 6 times in six months, its very disappointing from such an expensive product.
