CDJ 2000 NXS-2 songs misalign grids when starting a mix with SYNC on

Hi,

When starting a mix with two tracks playing simultaneously whichever track is not the master will misalign and start 1 beat behind when SYNC is on. My setup is 2x CDJ 2000 NXS-2, 2x XDJ 1000 MK2 and a DJM 750mk2. I have all players and the mixer updated to the latest firmware. I've tried changing quantize settings as well as turning quantize fully off. It's not an issue with grid alignment as well as all my tracks are properly gridded in Rekordbox. I've played many professional shows on other CDJ's (mostly 3000's) and have never experienced this. I have all players linked via an ethernet hub so they are all linked together as well. The NETGEAR GS305 Ethernet Unmanaged Switch with CAT 6 cables is what I use to connect all the players I've even tried just plugging the ethernet directly into two CDJ's without the switch and the same issue still occurs. SYNC works fine once a master track is already playing when cueing in another track after the start but if I press both play buttons simultaneously this issue has a 95% chance of happening. Not sure if anyone has run into this issue before but I tried looking everywhere for solutions and have come up with no good info. Only seems to happen on my home setup and its super frustrating when starting a mix.

Thanks for the help!
