DJM V-10 send and return shutting off when switching modes
So I recently purchased a DJM V-10 mixer. I have the RMX-1000 hooked up to the 1/4-inch plug-ins on the back of the mixer, and I have the new RMX Ignite connected to the USB port on top of the mixer. When I switch between the two inputs, I have to reselect the power button to turn it back on. Ideally, I would like to have both options on at both times. Is there a way to do this with a software update for the mixer? I find it not functionally friendly to have to switch constantly between the two and decide which effects unit I want to use, instead of being able to use both at the same time. Thanks.

I suppose the issue is when switching between USB and 1/4' Jack causes the issue, but is that correct?
It's hard to identify the issue without further explanation and a video. A video helps a lot.

Does it occur with any channels on the DJM-V10?
