DDJ SX2 Not recognized by Serato DJ Pro

Hey there, I have an issue with my DDJ SX2, when I connect it to my PC Windows 11, it works as a sound card but I can't use it as a DJ Controller

Serato says constantly "Trying to connect with the hardware" and after 2 minutes "Couldn't connect, try again" 

I've tried reinstalling drivers, firmwares, factory reset, another usb ports, new USB wire but still doesn't work.

It appears on my PC sounds devices but still doesn't work. I also reset my PC audio settings, I can't hear what I play but still can't use it as a DJ Controller
