Issue with XDJ AZ Registration
Hi,
I recently sold my XDJ AZ. It was not previously registered on my account.
The new owner sent me a screenshot showing that, when trying to register, says that this product is already registered.
What could be the issue? Is there a way for the new owner to reclaim that registration?
