DDJ-SZ2 No Audio

im not getting audio at all out of the controller

nor am i getting any lights from the main controller from the audio lights in the middle for channel 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 or master

when i turn it on i get all lights flash as normal  

i have made sure i have everything on proper usb A and also i just put everything to (thru) to make sure  a, b isn't the issue i turn volume up on all channels and also tried to do master all the way up

i can see the jog Turing and i can que on my computer i can see everything moving and playing yet no audio and no lights for the channel but i did load a song into all 4 channels to check if it was just 1 or not and I'm still getting nothing at all 

if anyone can help id love it
