Pioneer DDJ-SX No Audio/Sound/Mixer use with Serato

I connected the DDJ SX with serato (using different cables and different versions of serato) serato detects the controller however, when I go to use it the mixer part of the controller does not work, I get no sound and I cant even control the BPM of the song. All I can do is play it, cue it and choose different decks. I get no sound from the headphones/speakers. I tried different versions of serato (did not work), ressetting the controller (did not work) Taking the controller out of serato mode (still the same issue) Turning everything on and off (still the same issue) I also tried pressing every button on the controller and nothing seems to work.... theres no sound registering on the master from serato and I also allowed serato to bypass the firewall

Yes the drivers are updated and so is the firmware of the controller. and I still have the same issue
