Purchased December 2024. Fast forward March 2026... the left side of the controller is having some issues. 

The 3rd hot cue button, left side top row, is no longer working consistently. When it does work, it will play the song even when play is not activated. The left deck jog wheels feel is sticking/not moving freely even on "light" mode. 

I have updated firmware. Reset controller. Plugged and unplugged. Still the same issue and it happened so randomly. I did put in a ticket and awaiting a response back from support team but I'm wondering if there is anything else I'm missing. Being that I've had it less than 2 years and it's out of warranty, I'm really hoping I don't have to buy a new one or find a different controller if this will be a continuous issue.
