Intelligent Playlist - My Tag & Colour "Folders"

My aim - find tracks that do not have certain area of my tag in, so my library is complete and delightful (my tag appears to have has four seperate areas / folders containing how ever many tags)

example - my four areas 

1 - track type (vocal / inst / acapella etc)

2 - feelings (happy, sad, angry etc)

3 - scenario (radio, club, funeral etc)

4 - Rhythm (Bouncy, 4-4, 6.8 etc)

Let's say i want to find all "Red" colour tracks which DO NOT have a tag in the "feelings" category

I have to make many many rules and make a "IS NOT" rule for EVERY MyTag

1 - colour = red // 2 - MyTag IS NOT "happy" // 3 MyTag IS NOT "Sad" // 4 - MyTag IS NOT "Angry" etc etc etc - if you have lots of tags - this is boring.

being able to select the folder above the mytags so it contains all of the tags in the "folder" would be great.

So would be only two steps

1 - colour = red // MyTag IS NOT "Feelings"

Would be great for me.
