Pad behaviour in XDJ RX3 VS XDJ AZ

Hi there

I own the XDJ RX3 & the XDJ AZ

When i'm in loop mode (standby - no activating the loop yet) on the XDJ RX3 when i'm pressing on any pad (on both sides) choosing the length of the loop its start the loop automatically, while in the XDJ AZ it only prepare the loop length and wait for me to press play (start button - not working with the pad itself automatically). Please advise me what setting do I need to change on my XDJ AZ to get that working the same as it works on the XDJ RX3?
