hey i have a brand new pioneer ddjflx10 thats having cut outs, dropping, freezing. i have tried everything with also upgrading firmware, serato version upgrade to the most recent. i tried older versions of serato and still dropping. i should not have issues i have an i7 Intel, 32GB ram that im using with it and it should be doing this. ive tried everything and nothing helps it work, even increasing the latency it doesnt help either.

Hi there,

Are you on Windows 11? The following could be related, so worth trying to see if it improves.

Due to the installation of Windows Update KB5074105, software on the PC can no longer recognize MIDI devices connected via USB.

Please install KB5077181 by following the instructions provided at the link below:

If you are unable to install this update, please try the below.

  1. Disconnect the DJ unit (controller, all‑in‑one unit, mixer) from the PC.
  2. Restart the PC.
  3. Close all applications running on the PC.
  4. Connect the DJ unit (controller, all‑in‑one unit, mixer) to the PC.
  5. Launch only the DJ application.
