FLX 4 turning on but not working

Hello, it seems a lot of people had the same problem where the controller (my case flx4) is turning on when plugged with laptop but not actually working, none of the buttons are responding. I tried everything from changing cables, ports restarting and updating. Someone said it could be the KB5074105 windows update that doesn't support MIDI devices through USB but i tried downloading the other KB5077181 but the update is not available anymore. i also tried the other step to close Rekordbox, restart laptop, open rekordbox and then plug in with no other apps open but also not working. Please send some advice.
