DDJ1000 Connected but not working

Haven't used my DDJ1000 for a while. When connected to Rekordbox, it doesn't recognize any of the knobs and I can't even use the browser knob to select music. No controls work. I know Rekordbox recognizes it since my audio shows as "DDJ-1000 ASIO" & it notifies me when I disconnect it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rekordbox and the audio driver 3 times. I swapped cables to ensure no issues there. I saw a previous post mentioning utility mode and that's not the issue. I also factory reset my controller twice. Rekordbox, the audio driver, the firmware, and my windows laptop are all updated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
