CDJ-2000NXS2 USB HID can not choice deck

I am writing to seek assistance regarding a connection issue between my CDJ-2000NXS2 units and rekordbox on my Mac. While my DJM-850 mixer is functioning correctly with the installed driver, the CDJs are not working as expected in HID mode.

[My System Specifications 

• Computer: MacBook Pro (Intel-based)

• OS: macOS 15.x / 14.x (User mentioned version 26, assumed latest macOS Sequoia or Sonoma)

• Software: rekordbox (Latest version, PERFORMANCE Mode)

• Hardware: 2 x CDJ-2000NXS2, 1 x DJM-850

• Connection: USB connection via Hub/Adapter

[Problem Description / 问题描述]

1. HID Handshake Failure: When I press [LINK] and select [USB MIDI] on the CDJ-2000NXS2, and push the rotary selector, the screen only shows the "Computer icon" and does not display the "Choice rekordbox dj deck (1/2)" option.

2. Software Setting Missing: In rekordbox Preferences -> Controller -> Others, the MIDI section is completely missing.

3. MIDI Studio Status: In macOS "Audio MIDI Setup", the CDJ-2000NXS2 icons appear greyed out (inactive), even when physically connected.

[Troubleshooting Done]

• Confirmed rekordbox is in PERFORMANCE Mode.

• Verified Player No. (1 and 2) are correctly set on the hardware.

• Installed the DJM-850 driver and CDJ/XDJ Aggregator (DJM-850 audio is working).

• Checked System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Input Monitoring for rekordbox.

• Tried creating a new MIDI configuration in Audio MIDI Setup, but the icons remain grey.
