So my rev 5 is having 2 issues right now. The first one is that when I plug in my computer the board turns on but all of the pads are lit light blue and it doesn't read any music or anything from my computer and on serato it says "Detecting hardware and connecting" but then it goes away then comes back and then just completely stops. I thought it was a firmware issue so Im trying to download the firmware update to the newest one since I am actually 1 firmware update behind but the updater program is stuck on 0% and does not move at all.

If you're on Windows:

Please run Windows Update by following the instructions in the link below:

* Although the update that resolves this issue was released on February 24,
it is estimated that it will not become available to all users until around March 24.

If the issue still persists after updating, please follow the steps below:

  1. Disconnect the DJ unit (controller, all-in-one unit, mixer) from the PC.
  2. Restart the PC.
  3. Close all applications running on the PC.
  4. Connect the DJ unit (controller, all-in-one unit, mixer) to the PC.
  5. Launch the DJ application (such as rekordbox).
