OPUS-QUAD Feature Requests: Slip Mode, Gate Cue, On Air Jog LED & More
Hi everyone,
I am an OPUS-QUAD user and I would like to share some feature requests that I believe could significantly improve performance workflow and usability.
-
Slip Mode
Slip Mode is a fundamental feature for creative mixing (loops, scratches while maintaining track position). Its addition would greatly enhance performance capabilities. -
Gate Cue Function
A Gate Cue (Cue Gate) function, similar to CDJ-3000, would allow the track to play only while holding the cue button. This is extremely useful for rhythmic cueing and live remixing. -
On Air Jog Wheel LED Feedback
It would be very helpful if the jog wheel LED could indicate when a channel is On Air (for example turning red). This would improve visibility, especially in low-light environments. -
Pro DJ Link (Partial Support)
Even partial Pro DJ Link support would be very valuable, such as sharing BPM, waveform, and track metadata with other devices. -
Spotify Integration
Since Spotify is now available in Rekordbox, it would be interesting to see integration on standalone devices as well, for increased flexibility.
I believe these features would make the OPUS-QUAD even more powerful and closer to a complete professional solution.

Thanks!
