OPUS-QUAD Feature Requests: Slip Mode, Gate Cue, On Air Jog LED & More

Hi everyone,

I am an OPUS-QUAD user and I would like to share some feature requests that I believe could significantly improve performance workflow and usability.

  1. Slip Mode
Slip Mode is a fundamental feature for creative mixing (loops, scratches while maintaining track position). Its addition would greatly enhance performance capabilities.

  2. Gate Cue Function
A Gate Cue (Cue Gate) function, similar to CDJ-3000, would allow the track to play only while holding the cue button. This is extremely useful for rhythmic cueing and live remixing.

  3. On Air Jog Wheel LED Feedback
It would be very helpful if the jog wheel LED could indicate when a channel is On Air (for example turning red). This would improve visibility, especially in low-light environments.

  4. Pro DJ Link (Partial Support)
Even partial Pro DJ Link support would be very valuable, such as sharing BPM, waveform, and track metadata with other devices.

  5. Spotify Integration
Since Spotify is now available in Rekordbox, it would be interesting to see integration on standalone devices as well, for increased flexibility.

I believe these features would make the OPUS-QUAD even more powerful and closer to a complete professional solution.

If you agree, feel free to upvote or share your thoughts!

Thanks!
