Pioneer XDJ 1000 Mk2 Firmware 1.42 update Problem

Hello,

So ive recently updated both my XDJ 1000 Mk2 s to firmware 1.45, one deck is perfect, the other has an issue. It has playback distortion which has only appeared since the firmware update. Ive had these from brand new and they have never been gigged out etc so are mint. The problem is only on the phono outs, if i use the digital out to my mixer the signal is clear. Whilst this is a work around id like the player work as it should and not having any faults as i want to upgrade to the 3000s soon. Is there anyway to reinstall the firmware or at least downgrade that deck back to 1.42 which worked flawlessly? I've tried to reinstall the firmware but it just skips though saying its complete when it hasn't done anything...please help cheers
