CDJ 2000 NXS heavy Artefacts while using Master Tempo

Hey guys i bought one cdj 2000 nxs yesterday.

I tested it at the sellers Place and everything worked Fine.

Unfortunately i didnt test the use of Master tempo while playing a track.

Today at home i used it and it caused heavy artefacts already at 0,1% Changes of the bpm slider with Master tempo activated.

Am i just unlucky and stupid for Not testing it or am i overseeing something.
