Hot cues and beat grids have moved.

A large proportion of my tracks now have the beat grids not aligning when they did previously. My hot cues have also all jumped to be slightly off my original cue point settings. Is there a way of fixing this without manually resetting each cue point and realigning beat grids? Has anyone else had this problem?
