Won't let me press play and play music on DDJ-FLX4

I recently got the mixing board, it worked great for a few days I had troubles with it playing on my headphones then figured that out but it glitched and started playing music either super fast or slow but next time I tried to use the mixing board again i had it all set up, songs loaded on each track- because it was still letting me turn the knob on the board and load tracks but won't let me press play to play them and even on the software on my laptop it wouldn't let me play them. I don't know what I need to do no youtube videos have helped or forum discussions. I appreciate anyone's guidance and insight. Thanks
