DDJ-RZ Filter wont turn off?

Hi, I have a DDJ-RZ and the colour filter on channel 1 is stuck on. Basically any time I select a filter type (i.e. space, jet, pitch, filter, etc.) it activates on channel one on the top end of the filter range and knob is not doing anything to change it. That being said I did notice if I turn the knob all the way down to the low end there is a very slight change, not sure what that might indicate if anything? I think I've tried everything which doesn't involve me physically opening up the controller, just wondering if anyone may know what is broken or if there is a less obvious software or specified reset feature I'm missing? Any info would be greatly appreciated before I rip this thing open and hope for the best lol.
