XDJ AZ control the USB recording level

Hello everyone,

I would like to suggest a feature for a future XDJ-AZ update.

I have owned the XDJ-XZ, OPUS-QUAD, and now the XDJ-AZ, and one thing I really miss is the ability to control the USB recording level when recording sets directly to a USB drive.

Honestly, on a unit of this level, I don’t really like that this option is not available. For those of us who record our sets regularly, it would be a very useful feature.

In my case, when I use the DJM-A9, I normally record on my iPhone with Pioneer DJ’s DJM-REC / DJ REC app, and that does allow more control in this area. So another great option would be to make it possible to use the mobile recording app with the XDJ-AZ as well.

So my suggestion would be either:

• to add recording level control for USB recordings, or
• to make the XDJ-AZ compatible with the mobile recording app.

I think this would be a very useful improvement for many XDJ-AZ users.
