DDJ SB2 lights but not cenected

Hi, my DDJ SB2 When I connect it, all the lights on, but the PC doesn't recognize it. I can't update the firmware. In test mode, every key works, but it's not recognized by the PC. I've tried different cables, ports, and PCs.

Hi there,

Please run Windows Update by following the instructions in the link below:

If the issue still persists after updating, please follow the steps below:

  1. Disconnect the DJ unit (controller, all-in-one unit, mixer) from the PC.
  2. Restart the PC.
  3. Close all applications running on the PC.
  4. Connect the DJ unit (controller, all-in-one unit, mixer) to the PC.
  5. Launch the DJ application (such as rekordbox or Serato).
