Issue with Large USB Sticks on XDJ XZ

I recently had a Gig and after I finished my Set I wanted to eject my USB. At first it seemed fine but after some time the Other DJ couldn't access his USB and the Music completely cut and the Controller completely Freezes. I'm certain that this always happend, when I was recording my Set. I've tested to replicate this Problem without the Recording, but strangely it didn't happen, when I wanted to force it.

The Only way I could solve this Issue at that Moment was to completely shut the Controller down and pull the power cable. I removed my Stick and after plugging in the power cable and starting the Controller everything worked fine.

I have the 500GB Rekordbox SanDisk Stick, formated in ExFAT. FAT32 didn't work either.

Has anybody had this Problem before and how did you fix it?
