Previewing tracks will not work after v3.22 update on cdj 3000's
Hi i use version 5.8.5 rekord box, the preview tracked worked for years no problem on booth my cdj 3000's
then the cdjs wouldn't work with my friends players as his were updated to 3.22. so i updated mine to 3.22.
Now the preview track doesn't work on either cdj 3000. I was reading about changing the DLP on my stick but its strange as my stick works fine on my friends cdj's with preview but not on mine.
What can I do? I'm afraid to update my rekord box as lots of friends have lost there whole library.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution to this issue.

I'm sorry to say that rekorbox 5 is no longer supported so full functionality cannot be guaranteed.
However, please feel assured that any issues with updating to the latest can be resolved through our support.
If you wanted to update, please follow the instructions below for safe Backup/Restore of your library.
On rekordbox 5, go to File > Library > Backup Library
Once complete, download rekordbox 7 and go to File > Library > Import from version 5 > Select the Backup file.
